What is the delivery delay ?

On average, you will receive your order within 24-48 hours after dispatch. Nevertheless, it may be that the shipment takes more or less time for reasons that are the responsibility of our delivery provider.


What are the delivery options?
  • Chronopost: You have the option of choosing home delivery or Chronopost pick-up point.
  • Mondial Relay: Delivery to parcel relays (excluding pick-up lockers), only for parcels weighing less than 10kg.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been shipped by us, you will automatically receive an email from Chronopost containing your tracking number and the link that will allow you to follow the progress of your package.


How do I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can still modify your delivery address. If it has been shipped, you must wait for the option "transmit a new instruction" to appear on your delivery tracking. If you are unable to inform Chronopost of your change of address, you can contact us via your customer area or on info@vitagermine.com so that we can send your contact details to the carrier.
