On average, you will receive your order within 24-48 hours after dispatch. Nevertheless, it may be that the shipment takes more or less time for reasons that are the responsibility of our delivery provider.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can still modify your delivery address. If it has been shipped, you must wait for the option "transmit a new instruction" to appear on your delivery tracking. If you are unable to inform Chronopost of your change of address, you can contact us via your customer area or on info@vitagermine.com so that we can send your contact details to the carrier.
For Chronopost: If your delivery is late, do not hesitate to consult your parcel tracking by clicking on the link provided for this purpose in the Chronopost email or by going to https://www.chronopost.fr/ en/tracking-package with your tracking number. Depending on the status of your order, a "transmit a new instruction" option is available on your tracking. If Chronopost still fails to deliver to you, you can contact us via your customer area or at info@vitagermine.com and we will contact the carrier directly.
