Wash the gourmet peas and remove the threads.
Wash and peel the potato. Cut it into pieces.
Cook the sweet peas and the potato pieces in water for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the hard-boiled egg: heat water in a small saucepan. When it boils, immerse the egg in it and cook for 10 minutes. Pass the egg under cold water and peel it.
Mix a quarter of the egg with the sweet peas and the drained potato.
