Peel and dice the potato. Place them in a small saucepan. Cover with cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Add the beets cut into small cubes and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Drain and mix everything with the grapeseed oil and a little cooking juice.
Beets have a mild, sweet taste. It can be eaten raw but will be better cooked for the diversification of your baby. And it naturally colors the mashed potatoes in pink!
