Smashed Parsnip Recipe

  • Suggested portion for a 6 month old baby: between approximately 130g and 200g (to be adapted according to their appetite)
  • Preparation time : 15 mins
  • Cooking time : 4 mins
Ingredients
  • 1 small jar of Babybio Parsnips (or 120g of parsnips)
  • 10g of rice flour
  • 100ml of Babybio infant milk (or 100ml of cow's milk)
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
Recipe

Heat the infant milk (or classic cow's milk) over low heat.

Add the rice flour while whisking.

Cook at a low boil for 3 minutes.

Warm up the BABYBIO small pot of Parsnips 

Mix the Parsnip puree, rice cream and nutmeg well.

Rice cream is delicious and very digestible for your baby. It allows to gently approach cereals. Combined with parsnips and a pinch of nutmeg, your baby will love it!
