Heat the infant milk (or classic cow's milk) over low heat.
Add the rice flour while whisking.
Cook at a low boil for 3 minutes.
Warm up the BABYBIO small pot of Parsnips
Mix the Parsnip puree, rice cream and nutmeg well.

Rice cream is delicious and very digestible for your baby. It allows to gently approach cereals. Combined with parsnips and a pinch of nutmeg, your baby will love it!
