Recipe Pear-quinoa verrine

  • Suggested portion for a 6 month old baby: approximately 90 to 130g (to be adapted according to his appetite)

Ingredients
  • 1 medium ripe pear
  • 1 pinch of anise powder
  • 25 gr Vanilla Cereal with Quinoa Babybio
  • 125 ml Babybio infant milk
Recipe

Heat the infant milk. Add the Vanilla Cereals to the BABYBIO Quinoa. Peel and seed the pear. Mix it with the pinch of anise. Place the cereal-based mixture at the bottom of a small glass and place the aniseed pear purée on top.

Advice :

Anise is interesting both for its digestive properties and for its taste. But don't get your hand too heavy: a tiny pinch is enough to flavor your baby's pear puree.
