To create your account, simply click on the little character in the top right corner. Click on "No account? Create one" and complete the form that appears.

How do I change my information?

Click the little character in the top right corner and click "View my customer account." Then click the "Information" tab. You can then edit your information.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot your password?" where you usually log in to the "My Account" area.
You will then receive an email allowing you to change your password. Remember to check your spam folder!
