At 8 months, your baby will start eating a larger meal in the evening. On the one hand, he needs to increase his food intake to meet his growing nutritional needs. On the other hand, a satisfying and easily digestible meal will help him sleep well, and you too ...
Baby’s dinner is a time for family reunion around the table, much to baby’s delight.
Here are some examples of dinner to satisfy all babies and all appetites:
Homemade dinner
Bottle lunch with cereals
Bottle lunch with vegetables
It is better not to give meat, fish or eggs at dinner, but rather at lunch: meat or fish (4 teaspoons or 20 g per day) or 1/3 of hard-boiled egg.
After a good dinner, all you have to do is put a sleep ritual in place to help your baby sleep peacefully.
